Payment Policy

Pay the way you prefer — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or Cash on Delivery. Every payment is processed securely by a PCI-compliant gateway, and your card and bank details are never stored by us.

Accepted payment methods

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and any UPI-enabled app.
  • Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express credit and debit cards.
  • Net Banking — all major Indian banks.
  • Wallets — popular mobile wallets supported by our payment partner.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on eligible pin codes across India.

EMI & pay-later (coming soon)

We plan to introduce EMI and pay-later options in the future. When available, they'll appear as choices at checkout with any terms clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Payment security

Your payment details are never stored by us

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Our checkout is served over HTTPS, and all sensitive payment information is handled entirely within our payment processor's secure environment. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference for your order.

Authorisation & confirmation

An order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully authorised (for prepaid orders) or the order is verified (for Cash on Delivery). If authorisation fails, your order will not be placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but an amount was debited, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank or the gateway within 5 to 7 business days. You can safely retry your order. If the amount isn't reversed within this window, contact care@oatandhoney.com with the transaction details.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is fully refunded to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timelines, or contact us with both transaction references.

Pricing & taxes

We take care to display accurate prices, but errors can occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
